At Apartment Medic, we pride ourselves on being different. Typical property managers charge a standard monthly fee for their services (typically 10% of the rent) for their "Management Fee". Any maintenance issues, service requests, flips or cleanings get billed out at an hourly rate in addition to the "Management Fee".
We built our business model on the idea of maximizing your profit on that income property by lowering our overhead. We offer a task based service, this simply means that you only pay for what we do. By not charging a management fee to our clients, increased profitability is the first benefit of using Apartment Medic they see.... but that is just the tip of the iceberg!
When tenants vacate an apartment, they rarely leave the residence in a clean condition. Before a new tenant can move in, the apartment needs the floors to be cleaned, carpets shampooed, holes patched and walls painted. Landlords rarely have the time (or inclination) to handle these tasks. That’s where we come in and perform apartment cleaning and repairs to prepare the rental for new tenants.
We offer our services to both tenants and landlords. We not only offer free estimates, but will also offer ideas to handle the rehab to get the most "bang for your buck"!
